I’m thrilled to report that the wonderful Phill Brown will be at the helm for the new album. His incomparable CV stretches back to Bob Marley and Led Zep, through Robert Palmer and Talk Talk, to Faithless and Zero 7.
This doesn’t mean the album will necessarily be any good of course – but it’s great to know it’ll be recorded by one of the industry’s true experts.
The first thing you'll notice is that I don't play guitar like everyone else - I tap it very fast with my fingertips whilst smashing out drum beats, and my guitar's on my lap.
